Approx. Timelines and Milestones from Acquisition to Opening

These figures follow Scheme B (Balanced — 5 indoor courts, 1 outdoor court, 3 classrooms) from the Task A concept test fit, plus the Task B diligence budget. They are order-of-magnitude estimates pending structural pricing and subcontractor bids — not a final budget or a firm schedule.

Scheme A (4 courts, minimal modifications) would likely trim a few weeks off this schedule given its lighter scope of work. Scheme C (6 courts, full second-floor buildout with two column moves and a new elevated roof) would likely add a few months, mainly to design and construction — the overall milestone sequence would stay the same either way.

Pricing is order-of-magnitude, based on unit pricing and generalized scope distillation pending trade quotes and further investigation (per Task A methodology notes). Labor assumed non-union. Every week number and date on this page is a working target, not a firm commitment — there is still much more unknown than known at this stage, especially around diligence findings and trade bids. This is a first-pass working draft for review — weeks, sequencing, and dollar figures are all easy to tune once real dates and contracts are in hand.
